Most of our products can be ordered and self-quoted online, so you can shop whenever suits you.

However if you're after:

• A larger quantity than shown online
• A bespoke size or finish
• Luxury or laminated bags
• Other print collateral (business cards, envelopes, comp slips, coffee cups, labels or anything else not currently showing on our website)

4. We'll send a digital proof for your approval before anything is printed.

6. Plain bags dispatch in 1–3 working days; printed bags in 7–10 working days.

Yes. Once we receive your order we'll get your proof over to you before we print anything, so nothing goes to press without your sign-off.

Our minimum order is just one box, which varies by product type, for example:

• Twist handle paper bags – from approximately 150 bags
• Greaseproof paper – from approximately 500 sheets
• Luxury rope handle bags – from approximately 50 bags

• Plain stock bags: 1–2 working days
• Custom printed standard bags: 5–7 working days
• Luxury rope handle bags: 3–4 weeks
• Large bespoke or bulk orders: 6–8 weeks

Once your order leaves us, you'll get a shipping confirmation email with a link to track your parcel with the courier.

If anything arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, get in touch within 7 working days of receipt and we'll sort it — either a free replacement or a full refund.

We ask for print-ready PDF artwork wherever possible. If you're not sure whether your file will work, send it over to sales@printonpaperbags.co.uk and we'll confirm.

No, sorry — we're not able to print with white ink, so please bear this in mind when designing artwork for coloured or kraft bags.

There's no artwork or set-up fee. We'll always send a proof before we print, so you can check everything's right first.

Delivery is via a third-party courier, and you'll be sent a tracking link once your order ships.

As we use a third-party courier, please provide a full business or home address rather than a PO Box.

First, check your shipping confirmation email for your tracking link. If it looks stuck or hasn't turned up when expected, email us at sales@printonpaperbags.co.uk with your order number and we'll chase it up for you.

Sizes vary by bag style — twist handle, tape handle, grab bags, bottle bags, wide base and rope handle bags are all available in a range of sizes from roughly A5 up to A3/Extra Large. Full dimensions are listed on each product page.

Yes — if you can't find quite what you need in our standard range, get in touch and we'll talk you through bespoke options, including our luxury laminated bags.

Yes — our paper bags are made from recyclable kraft paper, making them a sustainable alternative to plastic carrier bags for retailers, cafés and events.

Our bags are made from durable kraft paper (typically 80–200gsm depending on the style) and are designed to carry everyday retail and takeaway items with confidence.

Yes — alongside our standard white and brown kraft bags, we stock coloured twist handle bags and luxury rope handle bags for a more premium finish.

Yes — as well as paper bags, we supply printed greaseproof paper and food packaging, ideal for bakeries, cafés and takeaways.

Please report this within 7 working days of receipt. We'll replace damaged, faulty or missing items free of charge, or offer a full refund — whichever you'd prefer.

Please contact us for approval before sending anything back, and include a copy of your receipt/invoice, a note on the reason for return, and your contact details. We'd recommend using a recorded delivery service, as we can't be held responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit.

Please note customised products are not eligible for a refund unless they are faulty or damaged.

Refunds are processed within 30 days of us receiving the returned goods, and are issued back to the original payment card.
