Faulty or Damaged Goods
- In the unlikely event of your Goods being damaged or faulty in any way you must report this within 7 working days of receipt.
- Print on paper bags.com reserves the right to refuse any claims made after 7 working days. This does not affect your statutory rights.
- Damaged, faulty or missing items will be replaced free of charge. Alternatively you may choose to return the Goods to us for a full refund.
- Please contact Print on paper bags.com for approval before returning your items.
- Please include a copy of your receipt/invoice and a brief note outlining the reason for the return.
- Please include all of your contact details with the returned product.
- You will need to ensure that your returned goods are packaged safely. For your protection we recommend that you use a recorded delivery service since we cannot be held responsible for returns which are lost or damaged in transit.

- All refunds will be processed and made within 30 days of receipt of goods.
- Refunds will only be provided using the same payment card used to place the order. The Company reserves the right to refuse the Customer a refund in the event of goods being returned in a used or unsaleable condition.
- We shall have no liability to pay any money to you by way of compensation other than any refund we make under these Terms and Conditions. Our liability to you shall not in any event include losses related to any business of yours, such as loss of profits or business interruption, neither will we be responsible to you for any other loss which is not a foreseeable consequence of us being in breach of these Terms and Conditions or our legal duties.
