• You will need to ensure that your returned goods are packaged safely. For your protection we recommend that you use a recorded delivery service since we cannot be held responsible for returns which are lost or damaged in transit.

• All refunds will be processed and made within 30 days of receipt of goods.
• Refunds will only be provided using the same payment card used to place the order. The Company reserves the right to refuse the Customer a refund in the event of goods being returned in a used or unsaleable condition.
• We shall have no liability to pay any money to you by way of compensation other than any refund we make under these Terms and Conditions. Our liability to you shall not in any event include losses related to any business of yours, such as loss of profits or business interruption, neither will we be responsible to you for any other loss which is not a foreseeable consequence of us being in breach of these Terms and Conditions or our legal duties.

All orders placed on our website are shipped via a third-party carrier.

Free delivery on orders over £100.

Please note: orders under £100 will be sent using our standard shipping service, and you will be notified of any shipping fees at time of order. The cost of this service is as follows;

• orders up to £20.00 - £5.99
• orders from £20.00 to £50.00 - £7.99
• orders from £50.00 to £100.00 - £9.99 

Orders placed on our website for plain paper bags normally take 2-3 working days to be fulfilled and delivered unless otherwise notified. Orders placed on our website for custom printed paper bags normally take 7-10 working days.

Once orders are shipped, Printonpaperbags is not responsible for lost, stolen, or mis-delivered packages as we use a third-party carrier. The shipping carrier used will be listed on your shipping confirmation email with a link for you to track your packages.

Faulty or Damaged Goods

• In the unlikely event of your Goods being damaged or faulty in any way you must report this within 7 working days of receipt.
• Print on paper bags.com reserves the right to refuse any claims made after 7 working days. This does not affect your statutory rights.
• Damaged, faulty or missing items will be replaced free of charge. Alternatively you may choose to return the Goods to us for a full refund.
